Refund Policy
RIGHT TO CANCEL; NO RETURNS; NO EXCHANGE
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of products.
You are entitled to a reshipment of products in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. For reshipment, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at plgrowthoil@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us with the order number and photo of the damaged item.
